Why use an online OBJ viewer?
OBJ is a widely used open format for 3D models. With this viewer you quickly inspect the geometry without having to start Blender or another program.
After loading you see dimensions, volume and can analyse wall thickness. For OBJ files with multiple groups you can also hide parts.
Your file stays yours
Modelyser runs entirely in your browser. Your model is not sent to a server and you do not need an account. Perfect for confidential designs or a quick check without installing software.

OBJ viewer FAQ
Does the viewer support MTL files?
Not at the moment. Only the geometry and groups from the OBJ file are loaded. Materials are not imported.
Can I convert OBJ to STL?
Not directly, but you can inspect the model in the viewer and take screenshots of the current view.
Is there a file size limit?
There is no fixed limit, but large OBJ files with many triangles require more memory on your device because everything is processed locally.
